for ATL Elite Excursions

Welcome to ATL Elite Excursions (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking, purchasing, accessing, or using our services, website, vehicles, tours, or transportation services, you (“Client,” “Guest,” or “Passenger”) agree to the following Terms of Service.
These Terms apply to all services offered through ATL Elite Excursions including historical tours, private excursions, luxury transportation, event transportation, and related services. (Atl Elite Excursions)
1. Services Provided
ATL Elite Excursions provides guided historical tours, luxury transportation services, private excursions, special event transportation, and curated travel experiences throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area and surrounding regions. Services may include chauffeur-driven SUV transportation, custom itineraries, dining experiences, and scheduled or private tours. (Atl Elite Excursions)
All services are subject to vehicle availability, scheduling, weather conditions, traffic, safety considerations, and operational requirements.
2. Reservations & Payments
- Reservations must be made through our website, by phone, text, email, or an approved booking platform.
- Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
- Prices are subject to change without notice until a reservation is confirmed.
- Additional fees may apply for:
- Extended wait times
- Additional stops
- Special requests
- Holiday bookings
- Excessive cleaning or damages
- Overtime beyond scheduled reservation period
By submitting payment, you authorize ATL Elite Excursions to charge the payment method provided for all approved charges associated with your reservation.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customer Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service may qualify for a partial or full refund, less any processing or administrative fees.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled reservation may be non-refundable.
- Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
Company Cancellations
ATL Elite Excursions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to:
- Severe weather
- Safety concerns
- Vehicle issues
- Emergencies
- Insufficient bookings
- Events beyond our reasonable control
If we cancel a service and cannot reschedule, a refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.
4. Passenger Conduct
For the safety and comfort of all guests and drivers, passengers agree to:
- Follow all instructions from the driver or tour guide
- Wear seatbelts when required
- Refrain from illegal activity
- Avoid disruptive, violent, abusive, or unsafe behavior
- Respect vehicles, equipment, staff, and other guests
ATL Elite Excursions reserves the right to terminate service immediately without refund if passenger behavior threatens safety, violates laws, or damages property.
5. Alcohol, Smoking & Illegal Substances
- Smoking, vaping, and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
- Alcohol consumption may only be permitted when legally allowed and pre-approved by the Company.
- Any passenger causing damage, excessive cleaning needs, or safety concerns related to alcohol or prohibited substances may incur additional charges and immediate termination of service.
6. Vehicle Damage & Cleaning Fees
Clients are financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves or members of their party, including but not limited to:
- Interior damage
- Exterior damage
- Vomiting or bodily fluids
- Burns, stains, or spills
- Broken equipment or furnishings
Cleaning, repair, downtime, and administrative fees may be charged to the responsible party.
7. Tour Timing & Delays
While we strive for punctuality and smooth scheduling, ATL Elite Excursions is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Traffic conditions
- Road closures
- Weather
- Public events
- Mechanical issues
- Third-party vendors
- Passenger lateness
Guests are responsible for arriving at designated pickup locations on time.
8. Assumption of Risk
Participation in tours and transportation services involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Vehicle travel
- Walking tours
- Weather conditions
- Public environments
- Historic locations
- Traffic-related risks
By participating, guests voluntarily assume all reasonable risks associated with the services provided.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATL Elite Excursions shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Lost profits or missed appointments
- Personal property loss
- Delays outside our control
- Injuries caused by third parties
- Acts of God or force majeure events
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. Personal Property
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. ATL Elite Excursions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left in vehicles or during tours.
11. Photography & Media Release
During tours or events, ATL Elite Excursions may capture photographs or video for promotional and marketing purposes. By participating, guests grant permission for reasonable use of their likeness unless written notice is provided prior to the service.
12. Website Use
Users of atleliteexcursions.com agree not to:
- Use the site unlawfully
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Copy or reproduce content without permission
- Disrupt website functionality
- Submit false or misleading information
All website content, branding, graphics, and written materials remain the property of ATL Elite Excursions unless otherwise stated.
13. Privacy
Information submitted through our website or booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may collect contact information, booking details, and payment information necessary to provide services.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or services provided by ATL Elite Excursions shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Georgia.
15. Changes to Terms
ATL Elite Excursions reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms become effective upon posting to the website.
Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
